Time of Arrival
You will be able to check in to your apartment from 15:00 on the arrival day. Read more under "Keys"
Time of Departure
On the day of departure, we ask that you leave the apartment no later than 10:00, so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guests.
Arrival days
Basically, you can freely choose your day of arrival and departure yourself. However, in some periods due to the other bookings, there may be restrictions on the choice of arrival day. As a rule, you don't need to rent for whole weeks either. This gives you the opportunity to put together the holiday according to your choice, just as you can choose to travel on the cheapest ferry days. The cheapest ferry days are usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Baby package
You can rent a baby package consisting of: High chair, crib, stroller (sturdy umbrella stroller with a canopy, where the backrest can be fully reclined), changing pad, and bathtub. We kindly ask you to reserve the baby package when you make your booking.
Book more apartments at once
If you wish to order several apartments at once, you just have to make a regular booking for one apartment via the internet - and then note in the comments field on the booking form how many apartments you want. We then carry out a manual handling of your order.
Bus to Casa Blanca
The bus stop is approximately 300 meters from Casa Blanca. The schedule for all bus routes on Bornholm can be found here: bat.dk.
Cleaning
A holiday must be a holiday! That is why we make sure to clean your holiday apartment on arrival/departure - so you are always sure that the holiday apartment is properly cleaned on your arrival, and you are free from the work of cleaning yourself before your departure. When you order through us, cleaning is always included in your rental price. You therefore do not have to pay extra for the cleaning. On your departure, we therefore simply ask you to ensure that the furniture is in its place, the kitchenware is washed up, and any waste is handed over to the area's environmental station.
Duvets and bed linen
There are duvets and pillows in the holiday apartment. Bed linen and towels are therefore the only thing you must bring yourself. Alternatively, you can rent a linen package, consisting of sheets, pillow and duvet covers as well as a large and a small towel, for 22 EUR per person. Please remember to pre-order if you want to rent bed linen/towels.
Electric cars
Unfortunately, it is not legal to charge electric cars by pulling out power cables from the holiday apartments, as the holiday apartment's electricity network is not built for the load from electric cars. If you have an electric car, we refer you to charging at the nearby public charging stations instead.
Freezing options
All apartments on Casa Blanca has a fridge with a small freezingbox.
Grill
The apartments at Casa Blanca are owned by private individuals, with some choosing to have a barbecue in the apartment, while others do not. Please note that you must clean the grill yourself after use. You are welcome to bring your own grill if you wish to grill, but we ask that you please take the other guests into consideration.
Dogs
Unfortunately, it is not allowed to bring dogs or other pets to the holiday apartments at Casa Blanca in Gudhjem. If you wish to travel with pets, we recommend you visiting this page.
Internet
There is free wireless internet at Casa Blanca Gudhjem. Transmission strength may vary. If you need to use the internet connection for work-related matters, we therefore recommend that you bring your own mobile broadband. If the network does not function optimally, this does not provide a basis for financial compensation. You will find the code for the internet in your holiday apartment.
Keys
Together with your booking confirmation, you will also receive information on how to get the key to your holiday apartment. It works easily - and it's no problem if you arrive late at night.
Laundry room
There is a laundry room at Casa Blanca with access to a washing machine and dryer.
Parking
There is a lot of parking spots around Casa Balnca. The closest parking spot is only 10 meters from Casa Blanca.
Shopping
From your holiday apartment you'll have approximately 100 meters to the grocery store SPAR and 500 meters to the grocery store Dagli' Brugsen.
Swimmingpool
As a guest at Casa Blanca, you can use the beautiful swimming pool free of charge, which is divided into an adult pool and a shallow children's pool. The chlorine content and filters in the swimming pool ensure that any bacteria and viruses are removed, so that you and your family can safely swim in the pool during your stay. We expect the pool to be open from 15 May to 15 September, but as we follow the legislation and the recommendations of the authorities, changes may occur. We hope for your understanding.
Terms of payment
We kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the trip price no later than 10 days after you receive our confirmation of your booking. The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before your arrival. If you order less than 45 days before your arrival, we ask you to pay the day after you have received our confirmation of your order.
Tea towels, toilet paper and more
Upon your arrival, there is a tea towel, dish cloth and a starting supply of toilet paper in your holiday home. If you need more, you must bring/purchase this yourself.
