Svaneke Savværk
Svaneke Savværk consists of six lovely holiday apartments. As the name indicates, the apartments have been built in the former sawmill in Svaneke. The handsome exterior of the old building has been preserved, for example, the old crane still sits in front of the building, bearing witness to a time when giant circular saws would transform great logs into timber. Today, the place is peaceful and quiet. Inside, the sawmill has been completely rebuilt, and designed by one of the most talented architects on Bornholm, Sean Claxton. The apartments are available in two sizes:

Apartment for 4 people (60 m2)  
Apartment located on the ground floor. Two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds), bathroom, large kitchen, living room with TV and sofa furniture. From the apartment, you have direct access to a terrace.

Apartment for 7 people (105 m2)
Split level apartment, located on the 1^st and 2^nd floor. The 1^st floor contains a hallway, bathroom, large living room with TV and sofa furniture, large kitchen with room for dining. From the 1^st floor you have access to the 2^nd floor, where you will find three lovely bedrooms. Every bedroom has a double bed, and in one of the bedrooms, there is an additional single bed. All bedrooms have dormer windows or balcony, ensuring that the bedrooms are light and inviting. From a staircase on the 1^st floor, you have access to a shared terrace. You can choose to stay in an apartment with sea view, by using the dropdown menu when completing your reservation.

Great location
Svaneke Savværk is beautifully situated in Svaneke, just 400 metres from Svaneke Square, with its shops, restaurants and a wonderful lively atmosphere. Take a walk through the path in the field to the old part of Svaneke. The fields begin just 150 metres from Svaneke Savværk. In front of you, you will see Svaneke’s red church showing you the way. Enjoy the smell of the flowers, and the wonderful view of the sea. From the church, you can go towards the Square, or to Svaneke Harbour, where sailboats and local fishermen contribute to a wonderful atmosphere. Svaneke is probably the most sought after holiday location on Bornholm. When you have stayed at Svaneke Savværk, you will understand why.

* Pets: Pets are allowed in some holiday apartments. Please inform us when booking your stay, if you plan to bring your pet. The additional charge for bringing pets is EUR 48, as extra cleaning following your stay is required.

* Arrival: No set arrival day. During the school holidays, Sunday is the specific arrival day for the 4-person apartments, and Saturday is the specific arrival day for the 7-person apartments. 
* Arrival/Departure: You will have access to your apartment from 3 PM on your day of arrival. We ask that you leave your apartment no later than 10 AM on your day of departure.
* Cleaning, water and electricity use: Final cleaning as well as water and electricity use has already been included in your fee.

Safety-Guarantee
The world has become unpredictable. At Svaneke Savværk you can book your stay with a Safety-Guarantee, which ensures that you can cancel your holiday for free if you still do not want to travel. You do not have to state a reason and you can cancel up to 30 days before your arrival. The price is just EUR 41,- per holiday home.
