The Swanvika Holiday Homes are newly built (2023) summerhouses on Møllebakken in Svaneke. Look forward to beautiful architect-designed holiday homes by Kim Utzon Arkitekter, which, inspired by Bechs Stubmølle, the iconic Water Tower and Svaneke Fyr (Svaneke Lighthouse), offer high-quality materials from inside to outside. The houses have large window sections that provide plenty of light. On the idyllic natural plot, you have direct access to a beautiful meadow, forest and the sea. From here you also have easy access to the small cozy marina Vige Havn, and if you continue on you will come to Svaneke Smokehouse, Svaneke Harbor and Svaneke's cozy town square. Layout of Swanvika
Swanvika Holiday Homes are 110 m2 with two beautiful terraces of 30 m2, on each side of the house. Bright entrance hall with cupboard space. Nicely equipped kitchen-living room with dining area for 6-8 people and living room with TV. Two bathrooms with toilet and shower, one of which also has a washing machine and dryer. The cottages have three bedrooms: two bedrooms each with a double bed, and a third bedroom with a sofa bed or double bed. All bedrooms naturally have plenty of cupboard space. The holiday home for 6-8 people also has a sofa bed in the living room. There is underfloor heating in all rooms with individual control. Swanvika is very close to the sea, but due to trees on the coastal path in front of the houses, there is no sea view from Swanvika when the trees put their leaves in the summer.

* Arrival day: In the period 1 July - 12 August Saturday is the arrival/departure day. In other periods, you can basically freely choose the arrival day of the week. In some periods, due to the other bookings in the holiday homes, however, there may be restrictions on the choice of arrival day. As a rule, you don't need to rent for whole weeks either. It gives you the opportunity to put together the holiday according to your choice, just as you can choose to travel on the cheapest ferry days. The cheapest ferry days are usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
* Arrival-Departure: You can enter the holiday home from 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the holiday home no later than 10:00, so that we can have the house cleaned for the next guests.
* Cleaning and water and electricity consumption: Both cleaning on arrival and departure as well as water and electricity consumption are included in your rental price.
