Time of arrival
On the day of your arrival, you will have access to your room from 3:00 PM. If you wish to check in earlier, please inform us of this at the time of booking.
Time of departure
On the day of your departure, we kindly ask that you leave the room no later than 11:00 AM. It may be possible to arrange for a late check-out, please ask the reception or notify us of this when making your booking.
Breakfast
One of the best breakfasts on Bornholm is available at Hotel GSH from 06:30 AM to 10:00 AM. We hope that you enjoy it!
Bus
If you wish to take to bus to Green Solution House, the bus stop is approximately 150 meters from the hotel. The schedule for all bus routes on Bornholm can be found here: bat.dk.
Children (0-3 years)
If you travel with children aged 0-3 to Hotel GSH, up to one child can stay in the room with you for free. It is only possible to bring one child per double room unless you also rent a cot. If you want a cot, it costs EUR 69 per person. stay. Pillow and duvet are not included with the cot, but please bring your own. If you are traveling with children (0-3 years), please indicate this in the comments field when booking, or call +45 56 90 44 44.

Hotel GSH has chargers available for electric cars.
Free bicycle rental
You can borrow bicycles free of charge at the reception desk at Hotel GSH. You collect and hand in the bicycle key at the reception at Hotel GSH.
Internet
Free WiFi is available in all rooms. Password information will be available upon check-in. Please bear in mind that the connection speed may vary depending on the number of simultaneous users. There will be no financial compensation for a slow connection.
Keys
You can collect the key to your room in the reception.
Non-smoking hotel
Please be aware that Green Solution House is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is therefore not permitted indoors, on the hotel's terraces/balconies or in the outdoor restaurant areas.
Reception
The reception is open between 07:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Outside of this time, there is a night porter present, so that you can arrive around the clock. If you wish to arrive after 8:00 PM, however, we ask you to inform us of this in advance.

The restaurant at Hotel GSH is sought after by both local residents and tourists. We therefore recommend that you book a table at

Parking
Of course, you will enjoy free parking at Hotel GSH. We also have chargers for electric cars, including Teslas.
Pets
Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring your pet to Hotel GSH.
The Bornholm Diamond Spa
When you stay at Hotel GSH, you will receive 50 % discount on entry to the large spa and wellness area, The Bornholm Diamond Spa, at our sister hotel Griffen Spahotel, Nordre Kystvej 34, 3700 Rønne. The spa and wellness area has an age limit of 16 years of age. Entry to the spa includes a spa package, containing towel, robe, and slippers, which you can collect at reception in Griffen Spahotel. Remember to bring a swimming suit.
