Lovely and well-appointed holiday home spanning 70 m2 on two levels. Upon entering the entrance, you step into an open kitchen-dining area with a dining table and a wood-burning stove, promising warmth and comfort on cooler days. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes amenities such as a coffee machine, kettle, stove, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher. From the dining room, there is direct access to a covered terrace with a grill, making it easy to move dinner outdoors and fill your lungs with the fresh Bornholm air. From the living area, there is an entrance to two separate bedrooms (sleeps 4) and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
Ascending a spiral staircase in the kitchen-dining area, you arrive at the first floor of the apartment, where a cozy living room with a soft sofa corner (sleeps 1) and TV offers relaxation and entertainment. From this living room, there is access to a covered balcony that invites you to enjoy outdoor moments with a view of the rolling sea.

Hammershuse - Information about the holiday home
* Square meters and layout: 70 m2 on two levels (ground floor + 1st floor).
* Number of bedrooms: Two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed that can be separated and one with two separate beds that can be put together. Additionally, there is a sofa bed on the 1st floor.
* Number of bathrooms: One bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
* Grill: Yes, there is a barbecue. You are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
* Appliances: Stove, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher.
* Internet: Yes, there is wireless internet in the holiday home.
* Kitchen equipment: The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchenware, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
* Heating: There is a heat pump and a wood-burning stove in the kitchen/living room, as well as electric radiators in all rooms.
* TV: There is a TV with TV channels and Chromecast on the 1st floor in the holiday home.
* Laundry facilities: There is a washing machine in the apartment and a communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

* Pets: Pets are not allowed in this holiday home.
* Distance to the sea: 250 meters in a straight line or a 10-minute walk along paths (hilly terrain).
* Distance to Hammershus: 500 meters in a straight line or a 20-minute walk along the coast (hilly terrain).
* Distance to shopping: 4 kilometers (SuperBrugsen and Netto in Allinge).
* Arrival day: In the period from June 30th to August 3rd, Sunday is the arrival/departure day. In other periods, you can generally choose your arrival day of the week. In some periods, there may be restrictions on the choice of arrival day due to other bookings at Hammershuse. You do not necessarily have to rent for whole weeks, giving you the flexibility to plan your holiday as you like. Additionally, you can choose to travel on the cheaper ferry days, which are usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
* Arrival and departure times: You can enter the holiday home from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the departure day, we kindly ask you to leave the holiday home by 10:00 to ensure that the house can be cleaned for the next guests.
* Cleaning as well as water and electricity consumption: Both cleaning upon arrival and departure, as well as water and electricity consumption, are included in your rental price.
