Time of arrival
You will be able to check in to your holiday apartment from 4 PM. Read more under “Keys”.
Time of departure
On the day of your departure, we ask that you leave the holiday apartment no later than 10 AM, so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guests.
Arrival days
In the period 1 July - 12 August, Saturday is the arrival/departure day. In other periods, you can basically freely choose the arrival day of the week. In some periods, due to the other bookings on Swanwika, however, there may be restrictions on the choice of arrival day. As a rule, you don't need to rent for whole weeks either. It gives you the opportunity to put together the holiday according to your choice, just as you can choose to travel on the cheapest ferry days. The cheapest ferry days are usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Bus to Swanvika
The bus stop is approximately 75 meters from the holiday homes. The schedule for all bus routes on Bornholm can be found here: bat.dk.
Cleaning
A holiday must be a holiday! That is why we make sure to clean your holiday home on arrival/departure - so you are always sure that the holiday home is properly cleaned on your arrival, and you are free from the work of cleaning yourself before your departure. When you order through us, cleaning is always included in your rental price. You therefore do not have to pay extra for the cleaning. On your departure, we therefore simply ask you to ensure that the furniture is in its place, the kitchenware is washed up, and any waste is handed over to the area's environmental station.
Dogs
In Swanvika Summerhouse 8G, it is possible to bring your dog. You can book Summerhouse 8G with a dog using the booking boxes on this page. You are also welcome to contact us at +45 56 95 85 66 or info@teambornholm.dk if you wish to bring your dog.
Disability conditions
Unfortunately, Swanvika is not suitable for wheelchair-users, as there are steps up to the house. Please contact us +45 56 95 85 66 if you need a holiday home more suitable for wheelchair-users.
Duvets and bed linen
There are duvets and pillows in the holiday home. Bed linen and towels are therefore the only thing you must bring yourself. Alternatively, you can rent a linen package, consisting of sheets, pillow and duvet covers as well as a large and a small towel, for 22 EUR per person. Please remember to pre-order if you want to rent bed linen/towels.
Freezing opportunities
The holiday homes at Swanvika has a fridge with freezingbox.
Internet
There is free wireless internet at Swanvika. Transmission strength may vary. If you need to use the internet connection for work-related matters, we therefore recommend that you bring your own mobile broadband. If the network does not function optimally, this does not provide a basis for financial compensation. You will find the code for the internet in your holiday apartment.
Ironing
Swanvika Summerhouses has an ironing board and iron.
Keys
When we send you your holiday confirmation, we will also inform you of how to get the key to your holiday home. It works easily - and it's no problem if you arrive late at night.
Kitchen appliances
The summerhouses in Swanvika have a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee machine and electric kettle.
Parking
There are free parking options right next to Swanvikas summerhouses.
Payment terms
We ask that you make a deposit of 25% of the total fee, no more than 10 days after receiving your order confirmation. We ask that you pay the residual sum no later than 45 days prior to your arrival. If you have made your reservation less than 45 days before your arrival, we ask that you pay the fee in full, the day after receiving your order confirmation.
Tea towels, toilet paper and more
Upon your arrival, there is a tea towel, dish cloth and a starting supply of toilet paper in your holiday home. If you need more, you must bring/purchase this yourself.
