A delightful kitchen-dining area with a dining table and a living room with TV. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, kettle, and coffee machine. There are two bathrooms with a toilet and shower, one of which also has a washing machine and dryer. The summerhouse has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. All bedrooms naturally have ample closet space. There is underfloor heating in all rooms with individual control.

* Arrival day: From June 29th to August 31st, Saturday is the arrival/departure day. In other periods, you can generally choose your arrival day within the week. However, there may be restrictions on the choice of arrival day in some periods due to other bookings at Swanvika. You don't need to rent for whole weeks as a rule. This allows you to tailor your holiday to your preferences, and you can choose to travel on the cheapest ferry days, usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
* Arrival and departure times: You can enter the holiday apartment from 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the holiday apartment no later than 10:00, so that we can clean the apartment for the next guests.
* Cleaning and water/electricity consumption: Both cleaning upon arrival and departure, as well as water and electricity consumption, are included in your rental price.
