Swanvika Summerhouse 8N is 110 m2 with two lovely terraces, each measuring 30 m2, on either side of the house. There is a bright entrance with closet space. A delightful kitchen-dining area with a dining table and a living room with a sofa bed and TV. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, kettle, and coffee machine. There are two bathrooms with a toilet and shower, one of which also has a washing machine and dryer. The summerhouse has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. All bedrooms naturally have ample closet space. There is underfloor heating in all rooms with individual control.

* Number of bedrooms: Three bedrooms with double beds (6 sleeping spaces). Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room (1-2 sleeping spaces).
* Number of bathrooms: Two bathrooms.
* Appliances: Stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and dryer.
* Internet: Yes, there is wireless internet in the summerhouse.
* Kitchen equipment: The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchenware, kettle, and coffee machine.
* Heating: There is underfloor heating in all rooms.
* TV: There is a TV in the summerhouse.
* Pets: Pets are not allowed in Summerhouse 8N.
* Distance to the sea: 200 meters.
* Distance to shopping: 600 meters (Dagli' Brugsen Svaneke).
* Arrival day: From June 29th to August 31st, Saturday is the arrival/departure day. In other periods, you can generally choose your arrival day for the week. However, there may be restrictions on the choice of arrival day due to other bookings at Swanvika during some periods. You don't necessarily have to rent for whole weeks, allowing you to tailor your holiday as you wish, and you can choose to travel on the cheapest ferry days, which are usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
* Arrival and departure times: You can enter the holiday apartment from 16:00 on the arrival day. On the departure day, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment no later than 10:00, so that we can clean the apartment for the next guests.
* Cleaning and water/electricity consumption: Both cleaning at arrival and departure and water/electricity consumption are included in your rental price."
