Sandvig Søpark has a perfect location in Sandvig. Right in front of the majority of Sandvig Søpark's terraces, the rock formation Hammerknuden starts. From the top of Hammerknuden you have the most beautiful view of Sandvig. 300 meters from your apartment are the idyllic lakes Hammersø and Opalsø. Bring your fishing rod and see if you have any luck fishing with Hammersøen's pike and perch. At Opalsøen you can try Denmark's longest zipline. The interior of the apartments
The interior of the apartments was designed by the well-known local glass designer Pernille Bülow. You can therefore look forward to living in some nice apartments. The holiday apartments, which are all located on the ground floor, are designed for 2-4 people (53 m2) or 4-6 people (63 m2). The interior is as follows: Entrance. Bathroom. Bedroom with double bed. Living room with large kitchen including fridge with freezer, dishwasher and stove with oven. In the living room there are two sleeping places on the sofa bed. The apartments for 4-6 people also have a sleeping alcove with a double bed.

Time of Arrival
You will be able to check in to your apartment from 3 PM on the arrival day. Read more under "Keys"
Time of Departure
On the day of departure, we ask that you leave the apartment no later than 10:00 AM, so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guests.
Arrival days
As a starting point, you can freely choose the arrival day of the week. In some periods, due to the other bookings at Sandvig Søpark, however, there may be restrictions on the choice of arrival day. As a rule, you don't need to rent for whole weeks either. It gives you the opportunity to put together the holiday according to your choice, just as you can choose to travel on the cheapest ferry days. The cheapest ferry days are usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Allergyfriendly apartments
All apartments at Sandvig Søpark are non-smoking. If you are allergic to pets, you can choose a pet-free apartment. Just let us know this in a comment when making your booking, and we will make sure to reserve an allergy-friendly apartment for you. Any allergies to down are also no problem, as our duvets and pillows do not contain down.
Baby package
You can rent a baby package consisting of: High chair, crib, stroller (sturdy umbrella stroller with a canopy, where the backrest can be fully reclined), changing pad, and bathtub. We kindly ask you to reserve the baby package when you make your booking.
Book several apartments at once
If you wish to order several apartments at once, you just have to make a regular booking for one apartment via the internet - and then note in the comments field on the booking form how many apartments you want. We then carry out a manual handling of your order. We will of course try our best for the apartments to be as close to each other as possible.

Cleaning
A holiday must be a holiday! That is why we make sure to clean your apartment on arrival/departure - so you are always sure that the apartment is properly cleaned on your arrival, and you are free from the work of cleaning yourself before your departure. When you order through us, cleaning is always included in your rental price. You therefore do not have to pay extra for the cleaning. On your departure, we therefore simply ask you to ensure that the furniture is in its place, the kitchenware is washed up, and any waste is handed over to the area's environmental station.
Disability conditions
The apartments do not have special handicap facilities, but all the holiday apartments are located on the ground floor, and the doors have sufficient door width for ordinary wheelchairs. However, the bathroom is less handicap-friendly as there is limited turning space for a wheelchair. Please let us know if you are bringing a wheelchair - then we will do our utmost to find the best possible holiday apartment for you.
Dogs/cats
Dogs and cats are welcome in some of the apartments at Sandvig Søpark. When ordering, please inform us that you are bringing a dog/cat. Due to the extra cleaning that we have to do, it costs you EUR 48 to bring your dog or cat. The price applies to the entire stay. If you bring 3 or more dogs, the price is EUR 96.
Every year we have many guests who bring their dog or cat to Bornholm. It's easy - you just have to remember that the Swedish customs authorities' requirements must be met. Normally, the rules for importing animals into Sweden are restrictive. However, the rules are very relaxed when you are "simply" passing through Bornholm. Duvets/Bed linen
There are duvets and pillows in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are therefore the only thing you must bring yourself. Alternatively, you can rent a linen package, consisting of sheets, pillow and duvet covers as well as a large and a small towel, for 22 EUR per person. Please remember to pre-order if you want to rent bed linen/towels.
Electric cars
Unfortunately, it is not legal to charge electric cars by pulling out power cables from the holiday apartment, as the resort's electricity network is not built for the load from electric cars. If you have an electric car, we refer you to charging at the nearby public charging stations instead.
Grill
There is a barbecue in all holiday apartments in Sandvig Søpark, which you can freely use. Just remember to consider the neighbors when you grill. Please note that you must clean the grill yourself after use.
Internet
There is wireless internet access in all apartments at Sandvig Søpark. The transmission power may vary depending on the number of simultaneous users. If you must use the internet connection for work-related matters, we therefore recommend that you bring your own mobile broadband. If the network does not function optimally, this does not provide a basis for financial compensation.
Ironing
You can borrow an iron and ironing board for free. Iron and ironing board are located in the laundry room, to which your apartment key fits.
Keys
Together with your booking confirmation, you will also receive information on how to get the key to your holiday apartment. It works easily - and it's no problem if you arrive late at night.
Kitchenware
The holiday apartments at Sandvig Søpark all have a good and well-equipped kitchen. There is kitchen equipment and services in the apartment. You therefore do not need to bring kitchen utensils or the like. All holiday apartments have a dishwasher and oven.

Shopping
You can shop in Netto and SuperBrugsen in Allinge, which is a twin-town to Sandvig. The shops are approximately 2,5 kilometers from the holiday apartment.
Terms of payment
We kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the trip price no later than 10 days after you receive our confirmation of your booking. The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before your arrival. If you order less than 45 days before your arrival, we ask you to pay the day after you have received our confirmation of your order.
Waching maschine and dryer
If you need to do laundry, there is a laundry room at Sandvig Søpark. The key to your apartment also goes to the laundry room, and it is free for you to use the washing machine and dryer
Tea towels, toilet paper and more
Upon your arrival, there is a tea towel, dish cloth and a starting supply of toilet paper in the holiday apartment. If you need more, you must bring/purchase this yourself.

Denmark's beautiful hiking tour
Sandvig Søpark is right next to the idyllic Hammersø and the beautiful rock formation Hammerknuden. Put on your walking shoes and walk along the paths up to the top, where you have a wonderful view of Sandvig. From the top, you follow the paths around Hammerknuden to the old castle ruins of Hammershus. The trip is called Denmark's most beautiful hiking trip...and it is not without reason. On the way back to Sandvig Søpark, you can pass Hammerfyret, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Northern Bornholm - if the weather is clear, you can even see all the way to Sweden.
Sandvig Beach is a must
A trip to Sandvig Beach with its lovely sand and beautiful rocks is of course a "must" for both children and adults. A good tip is also to visit the small Hammerhavn - a small harbor beneath the medieval castle Hammershus. From here, small tour boats sail you along the coast, where you can see the dramatic rocky coast and Hammershus castle from the water side. After the sight of the steep cliffs, you will know why Hammershus was an impregnable fortress in the Middle Ages. Also visit the cafe on the harbor - here you get Bornholm's best sandwich. Also try taking the pleasant guided horse riding tours in the area around Hammershus and Sandvig - the tours go through beautiful natural areas, and you can look forward to great views.
After lots of nature experiences, maybe you need to relax on Sandvig Beach? Enjoy the warm sand and clean water. With a smile on your face, you can continue along the beach promenade to the small cozy cafes in Sandvig. At Sandvig Harbor you will find the fine ice cream shop "Kalas Bornholm". The ice cream is freshly made with organic whole milk and with fruit and berries from the island's gardens. Kalas Bornholm is right down to the rocks and the sea so you can enjoy your ice cream with a breathtaking view. A popular place for many of the island's tourists and locals.
There are many great restaurants in Sandvig and Allinge, but a good "different" tip is to visit the cafe "Sandlinien" at Sandvig Beach.

The resort of choice for over 100 years
As early as the beginning of the 20th century, the upper class from both Denmark and Germany began to holiday on Bornholm. - And the area by Sandvig was their favorite vacation spot, due to the picturesque combination of rugged rocks and chalk-white sand. But the kick-off really came already in the 1890s, when German companies began to quarry granite in the area. The directors of the granite companies took their family and friends to Bornholm on holiday, and soon the rumor spread that Bornholm was a holiday pearl in the Baltic Sea. The granite companies have stopped now, and the large granite quarries have now become beautiful lakes for you to visit on your holiday.
