Child-friendly holiday centers with pool

Many people dream of a holiday center with a pool - and it is quite understandable why. A waterfront holiday is fun and relaxing no matter what age you are, and if you have children or grandchildren with you, they will love staying in a holiday center with a pool. Team Bornholm has some of Bornholm's best holiday centers, and they all have good communal facilities such as a pool, playground, bouncy castle, ball field and barbecue area. In many holiday centers you will also find children's pools, which are particularly suitable for the youngest ones. Fortunately, you don't have to only swim in the pool. All holiday centers are located close to Bornholm's best beaches. A swim in the blue is wonderfully refreshing. If you choose a holiday center on the northern or eastern part of Bornholm, you can also jump from the cliffs. When you have finished swimming in the sea, you can warm up on the sun loungers by the pool area, or on the terrace of your holiday home. If the swim was just cool enough, you can quickly get warm again by jumping on the bouncy cushion or play a game of ball in the multiarena. Holiday centers in Allinge or Gudhjem 

Allinge and Gudhjem are popular destinations when booking a holiday. Allinge and Gudhjem are also the towns where you will find some of the island's best holiday centers. When you stay in a holiday center in Allinge, you stay close to the exuberant city life, the good beaches, the dramatic cliffs and the biggest sights. The castle ruin Hammershus and the old quarry, Opalsøen, are neighbours of Allinge. You are therefore guaranteed a good location when you choose a holiday center in Allinge. Take a walk down to the harbor and have a bite to eat at one of the many delicious cafes. You can also continue to Sandvig where Kalas Bornholm is located. Here you can taste one of the island's best, locally produced ice creams. If you choose a holiday center in Gudhjem, you have city life and beach within 10 minutes' reach. Cozy, winding streets lead you through the mountain town and down to the garden in just 7 minutes. At the harbor, you can enjoy a real Bornholm soft ice cream, taste locally produced chocolate at Bech or eat a burger, which in 2020 was named Denmark's best at the restaurant Spektakel. If you walk towards Melsted, after a 10-minute walk you will meet a lovely sandy beach. Swimming and sunbathing are popular here for tourists as well as locals. You should also remember to visit Denmark's largest waterfall at Døndalen, and see the sanctuary cliffs at the art museum, both of which are close to Gudhjem. When you choose a holiday centre in Gudhjem, you are guaranteed a good holiday. 

Holiday centers with dog

Your dog is welcome in all holiday centers on Bornholm. Some holiday homes are pet-free, though, so in periods when there are many bookings, you may risk that holiday centers with dogs are sold out. When you take your dog to a holiday center, you have to pay a fee of DKK 350 due to extra cleaning. It's easy to take your dog to the holiday center. Just make sure to let us know before you go, by adding a dog on the booking page or noting in the comment field that you have your dog with you. Bornholm is a good experience - also for your dog! All holiday centers are close to forests and green areas, where you can take your dog for a walk. Your dog will probably also love to go for a walk on the beach where they can swim in the sea.
