Bornholm is full of contrasts. A small island in the Baltic Sea of only 588 km². Although Bornholm is Danish, it is actually closer to Sweden (37 km) and Germany (88 km) than Denmark (135 km). The climate is southern. Nature has a variation that is not found anywhere else in the world.
