Holiday stays with the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal ensures that you can cancel your holiday and get your money back if you do not want to travel anyway. You don't need to provide a reason for your cancellation. Simply inform us by email no later than 30 days before your planned departure, and you will immediately receive a refund of your payment for the trip.
With the right of withdrawal, you can book the holiday you want – and at the same time feel safe because you can cancel the holiday again at no cost.
How much does it cost to purchase the Right of Withdrawal?
You buy the right of withdrawal at the same time as booking your holiday. The price is just DKK 295 per holiday home.
How do you cancel?
If you wish to cancel your holiday, simply email us at [email protected] no later than 30 days before your scheduled arrival and provide the following:
- Your invoice number
- Your planned arrival date
- Your bank account number so that we can reverse your deposit.
The price of DKK 295 for the right of withdrawal will not be refunded.
