Roseløkken is located in a beautiful location on Strandvejen in Rønne. Here you will be greeted by beautiful holiday apartments for 5 people. From your apartment you have a view over the beautiful forest area, which is just 150 meters away. 200 meters further into the woods, the green treetops are replaced by blue sea and silky sand. You can also follow the paths towards Rønne's charming town center.

The apartments are furnished for 5 people: Entrance hall with entrance to large bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, washer and dryer. Opposite the bathroom are the two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. From the two rooms you have access to the kitchen and living room, which is furnished with a corner sofa, TV, armchair and dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. All apartments have two terraces / balconies, which face east and west, respectively, so you can enjoy both the morning and evening sun. Roseløkken's holiday apartments are located on the ground floor or on the 1st floor. If you prefer a special location of your apartment, please inform us when booking your holiday.
Roseløkken has a very good location in Rønne
Roseløkken is located on Strandvejen in Rønne - just on the opposite side you have the forest and the beach, and within 500 meters from the holiday apartments you will find one of the island's best restaurants - namely the restaurant at Fredensborg Badehotel.
Bornholm's extensive network of cycle paths also starts right by Roseløkken. Borrow one of the free bikes on Roseløkken and go on an experience in the beautiful nature - or take a trip to Torvet in Rønne, where there is plenty of city and cafe life. Time of arrival and departure
You can enter the holiday apartment from 3 PM on the day of arrival. If necessary, read more under the item "Key handover". On the day of departure, we ask you to please leave the holiday apartment no later than 10:00 AM, so that there is time for the holiday apartment to be cleaned for the next guests.
Allergyfriendly apartments
All holiday apartments at Roseløkken is smoke-free. If you are allergic to pets, you can choose a holiday apartment that is pet free. Just let us know in connection with your booking, and we will make sure to reserve an allergy-friendly apartment for you. Any allergies to down are also not a problem, as Roseløkken's duvets and pillows do not contain down.
Arrival days
As a starting point, you are free to choose the day of arrival and departure, just as you do not have to book whole weeks. You can ex also go on short breaks for 3-4 nights. It allows you to put together the holiday completely according to your choice, just as you can choose to travel on the cheapest ferry days. The cheapest ferry days are usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Baby package
You can rent a baby package consisting of: High chair, crib, stroller (sturdy umbrella stroller with a canopy, where the backrest can be fully reclined), changing pad, and bathtub. We kindly ask you to reserve the baby package when you make your booking.
Bicyles - Free Rental
You can borrow bikes for free at Roseløkken. Just remember to bring your own bicycle helmet and possibly bicycle lights if you want to cycle in the evening. The bicycle paths begin just 150 meters from Roseløkken.

Bus to Roseløkken

Cleaning
A holiday must be a holiday! Therefore, we make sure to clean your apartment on arrival and departure, so you are always sure that the apartment is properly cleaned on your arrival. When you book through us, cleaning is always included in your rental price. You therefore do not have to pay extra for the cleaning. Upon your departure, we therefore ask you to simply make sure that the furniture is put in place, the kitchen service is cleaned, and that all waste is handed in at the area's environmental station.
Dogs
Some of the apartments at Roseløkken are reserved for guests with dogs or cats, so you have the opportunity to have your dog or cat with you on the trip. When booking your holiday apartment, please inform us if you bring your 4-legged friend. Due to the extra cleaning that we have to do, it costs 48 EUR to take your dog or cat with you. If you bring 3 or more dogs, the price is 96 EUR. The price is valid for the entire stay. Every year we have many guests who take their dog or cat to Bornholm. It's easy - just remember that the requirements of the Swedish customs authorities must be met. Usually the rules for importing animals into Sweden are restrictive. However, the rules are very relaxed when you are "just" in transit to Bornholm. Read more here about bringing your pet on holiday.
Disability conditions
Roseløkken's holiday apartments do not have any special handicap equipment, but the holiday apartments on the ground floor have doors with sufficient door width for wheelchairs, just as there are no steps in the holiday apartment. Likewise, the bathroom has enough space to turn with a regular wheelchair, but there are no support handles by the toilet or in the shower.
Duvets / Bed linen
There are duvets and pillows in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are therefore the only thing you must bring yourself. Alternatively, you can rent a linen package, consisting of sheets, pillow and duvet covers as well as a large and a small towel, for 22 EUR per person. Please remember to pre-order if you want to rent bed linen / towels.
Internet
There is free Wi-Fi in the holiday apartments. The transmission power may vary depending on the number of users. If you need to use the Internet connection for business purposes, we therefore recommend that you bring your own mobile broadband. If the network does not work optimally, this does not provide a basis for financial compensation. You will find the code for the internet in your holiday apartment.
Ironing
You can borrow irons and ironing boards for free in the storage room at Roseløkken, which is shared with the neighboring resort, Strandløkken.
Key handover
When you arrive at your holiday apartment in Roseløkken, you will find a key box next to the front door. Information about which apartment you should stay in as well as your code for the key box, we will send to you by email no later than 1 week before your arrival.
Kitchen Equipment
The holiday apartments in Roseløkken have a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. You therefore do not need to bring kitchen utensils or the like.

Roseløkken has a nice mini golf course, which you can use for free.
Parking
There is free parking at Roseløkken. The holiday apartments are located 10-50 meters from the parking lot. If you want a special location for your holiday apartment, we ask you to inform us when you book your holiday. There are charging stations for electric cars in the parking lot.
Shopping
If you walk or take the bike from Roseløkken, then there are about 800 meters to Coop 365, where you can do shopping. Thus, there is bike path almost all the way. If you want to take the car, there are approximately 1,200 meters to Coop 365 from Roseløkken.
Payment terms
We kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the price of the trip within 10 days after you have received our confirmation of your booking. The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before your arrival. If you book less than 45 days before your arrival, we ask you to pay the day after you have received our confirmation of your booking.
Towels, toilet paper and more
Upon arrival, there is a tea towel, dishcloth and a boot stock of toilet paper in your holiday apartment. If you need more, we ask you to bring / purchase this.

Just in front of Roseløkken is a small forest, which leads you down to the beach. Although the beach is beautiful, you should try to walk along the forest paths towards the center of Rønne, which is the capital of Bornholm. When the forest path stops, you will be greeted by Kastellet, which was part of the defense of Rønne in the 17th century. At Kastellet you will find the exciting defense museum, where you might experience Bornholm during World War II. The Defense Museum also talks about Bornholm's important role during the Cold War. Exciting spy- and defamation stories await you.
Church, theater, and cozy town square
After the exciting stories at the Defense Museum, continue down towards Rønne Harbour. Rønne is the center for the establishment of offshore wind farms in the Baltic Sea - and it is an impressive sight when more than 200-meter-long turbine wings are loaded on the ships. From the port you turn up towards the center. Soon, Sct. Nicolai Church throne up in front of you. If you continue a little further along the crooked streets, you pass Rønne Teater, which is Denmark's oldest theater. Can a theatrical performance tempt you tonight? If you are more into shopping and a good cup of coffee, then you can continue towards Store Torv, which is the center of Rønne, where there are good shops and cozy cafes.
The old part of town
Very near Store Torv is the old town with its crooked streets and charming small houses. Here you will find large merchant farms from the 19th century, which testify to a time when Rønne was home to many wealthy shipowners. Some of the houses still have towers that shipowners used when scouting for their ships to return home with their valuables. Enjoy the beautiful houses on a relaxing walk along the cozy streets. Visit Bornholms Museum
In Rønne you will find several museums. At Bornholms Museum you can experience Bornholm's history through 10,000 years. Due to its location far from the rest of Denmark, Bornholm has had its very own development. Bornholm is centrally located on the sea routes to the Baltic countries, and thus Bornholm was an important trading center in the "old days". The trade created life and great riches on Bornholm, but the riches also attracted less wanted guests in the form of pirates who plagued Bornholm for many years. This meant that the people of Bornholm at that time dug their valuables into the ground, and over time the treasures were forgotten. Therefore, Bornholm is the part of Denmark where there are most treasures with gold and silver jewelry. At Bornholm’s Museum you can, among other things, see some of the thousands of gold nuggets - small figures of gold - that have been found in the fields on Bornholm. Another exciting museum is Erichsens Gaard, where time is traced back to the 1850s. Here you must experience a "fine" civic home, as it was back then, when the painter Kristian Zahrtmann had his daily walk on Erichsens Gaard. In the beautiful garden, the old flower species from the 19th century are still in bloom. You may also pay a visit to Hjorths Fabrik, which is a living museum where you can experience Bornholm's proud ceramic tradition.
A great base
Roseløkken has a perfect location in Rønne. You are close to the woods, the beach and yet also close to the center of Rønne. If you do not want to walk along the forest path to Rønne, you can borrow a bike for free on Roseløkken or take the city bus. The busstop is 200 meters from your holiday apartment, giving you easy access to Bornholm's extensive network of bus routes. If you do not have a car, Roseløkken is therefore also a good choice.
