Strandvejshuset is a unique holiday home of 343 square metres, and will be furnished with plenty of space for 14 people. Directly opposite the house you will find both forest and a nice sandy beach, and if you go to the right you will enter the center of Rønne, which offers several restaurants, cafes and great shopping opportunities.

Outside of the period 2 July - 13 August, you generally do not need to rent for whole weeks, so you can, for example, also take mini-holidays of 3-5 nights. This gives you the opportunity to put together the holiday according to your own choice, just as you can choose to travel on the cheapest ferry days. The cheapest ferry days are usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Arrival and departure time: You can enter the holiday home from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the holiday home no later than 10:00, so that we can have the holiday home cleaned for the next guests.
- Cleaning and water and electricity consumption: Both cleaning on arrival and departure as well as water and electricity consumption are included in your rental price.

Time of Arrival
You will be able to check in to your holiday home from 3:00 PM on the arrival day. Read more under "Keys" if you arrive late at night.
Time of Departure
On the day of departure, we ask that you leave the holiday home no later than 10:00 AM, so that we can prepare the holiday home for the next guests.
Arrival days
In the period 2 July - 13 August, Saturday is the arrival/departure day. In other periods, you can basically freely choose the arrival day of the week. In some periods, due to the other bookings, however, there may be restrictions on the choice of arrival day. As a rule, you don't need to rent for whole weeks either outside the period of 2 July - 13 August. It gives you the opportunity to put together the holiday according to your choice, just as you can choose to travel on the cheapest ferry days. The cheapest ferry days are usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Baby package
You can rent a baby package consisting of: High chair, crib, stroller (sturdy umbrella stroller with a canopy, where the backrest can be fully reclined), changing pad, and bathtub. We kindly ask you to reserve the baby package when you make your booking.
Bus to Strandvejshuset
If you wish to take the bus, the bus stop is approximately 50 meters from the holiday home. The schedule for all bus routes on Bornholm can be found here: bat.dk.
Cleaning
A holiday must be a holiday! That is why we make sure to clean your holiday home on arrival/departure - so you are always sure that the holiday home is properly cleaned on your arrival, and you are free from the work of cleaning yourself before your departure. When you order through us, cleaning is always included in your rental price. You therefore do not have to pay extra for the cleaning. On your departure, we therefore simply ask you to ensure that the furniture is in its place, the kitchenware is washed up, and any waste is handed over to the area's environmental station.
Disability conditions
Unfortunately, Strandvejshuset is not handicap-friendly due to steps in the house. Please contact us on phone +45 56 95 85 66 for advice and guidance if you need a holiday home where it is possible to bring a wheelchair.
Dogs
Unfortunately, it is not allowed to bring dogs or other pets to Strandvejshuset. If you wish to travel with pets, we recommend you visiting this page.
Duvets and bed linen
There are duvets and pillows in the holiday home. Bed linen and towels are therefore the only thing you must bring yourself. Alternatively, you can rent a linen package, consisting of sheets, pillow and duvet covers as well as a large and a small towel, for 22 EUR per person. Please remember to pre-order if you want to rent bed linen/towels.
Freezing options
There is a freezer in the kitchen.
Grill
There is a barbecue at your disposal at Strandvejshuset, which you can use freely. Please note that you must clean the grill yourself after use.
Internet
There is free wireless internet in Strandvejshuset. Transmission strength may vary. If you need to use the internet connection for work-related matters, we therefore recommend that you bring your own mobile broadband. If the network does not function optimally, this does not provide a basis for financial compensation. You will find the code for the internet in your holiday home.
Kitchen appliances
Strandvejshuset has a well-equipped kitchen - including kitchen service. You therefore do not need to bring kitchen utensils or the like.
Keys
Together with your booking confirmation, you will also receive information on how to get the key to your holiday home. It works easily - and it's no problem if you arrive late at night.
Parking
You can park right at Strandvejshuset. Here you will also find charging stations for electric cars.
Shopping
Coop 365 is the nearest grocery store (approximately 1,1 kilometers from Strandvejshuset). By the harbor you will find Kvickly, which is approximately 2,6 kilometers from the holiday home, and by the square Rønne Torv (2,2 kilometers) you will find a selection of other stores and restaurants.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed indoors in Strandvejshuset.

Power- and water consumption is included in your rentail price.
Tea towels, toilet paper and more
Upon your arrival, there is a tea towel, dish cloth and a starting supply of toilet paper in the holiday home. If you need more, you must bring/purchase this yourself.
Terms of payment
We kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the trip price no later than 10 days after you receive our confirmation of your booking. The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before your arrival. If you order less than 45 days before your arrival, we ask you to pay the day after you have received our confirmation of your order.
Washing machine
There is a washing machine in Strandvejshuset, which you can use free of charge.

Directly opposite your holiday home, you will find a large forest where you can follow the forest paths to the beautiful sandy beach "Galløkken", or you can follow the forest paths into the center and enjoy the pleasant square atmosphere at Rønne Torv.
A great starting point for exciting experiences
When you live in a holiday home on Strandvejen in Rønne, you have a good starting point for many exciting experiences on Bornholm. The bus stop is just 200 meters from Strandvejshuset, as well as the well-branched cycle paths starting right in front of the cottage, giving you a good cycle connection to the rest of the island. Regardless of whether you bring a car or not, you thus have good opportunities to get out and see Bornholm. You might want to take a trip to the medieval castle ruins of Hammershus, or perhaps you want to spend the day on one of Europe's best beaches – Dueodde Beach? From Rønne, you are also not far from Bornholms Trotting Track, which is Denmark's smallest trotting track. Enjoy the fantastic atmosphere on the racetrack - you might even be lucky.
Theater and museums
Rønne is perfect for cultural experiences, whether you're into theatre, museums or handicrafts. If you follow the forest paths towards the center, at the end of the forest path you will find the Defense Museum "Forsvarsmuseet", which is located next to the old Kastel, which was used as part of Rønne's defense in the 17th century. At the Defense Museum you can learn more about the Russian occupation of Bornholm in 1945, as well as Bornholm's important role during the Cold War. If you continue towards the centre, you will quickly find the old town. You can easily feel that you have stepped back in time when you walk around the old town. The low-lying, colorful half-timbered houses are idyllically surrounded by hollyhocks, and the crooked cobbled streets give a pleasant distinctive character to the stroll.

For more than 100 years, the ceramic factory has renewed itself and managed to adapt to the trends of the time. Also visit Mie Mølgaard Ceramics, where you can find beautiful porcelain products in her working workshop and her shop.
