Apartment A for 4-6 people - 110 m2

Large and nice luxury apartment of 110 m2 in two levels. Ground floor is arranged as follows: From the entrance you enter the lovely kitchen with bar stools. The kitchen is open to the living room where you have a cozy sofa arrangement (2 sleeping places on sofa bed). There is sea view from the living room, which is combined with the dining room. The dining room contains a dining table with space for 6 people as well as a TV corner with sofa chairs. From the living room there is access to the bathroom with toilet and shower. The living room also has exit to two balconies, which of course both have sea views.

A staircase leads down to the lower floor. On the lower floor there is a large and a smaller bedroom. The large bedroom has a sea view as well as a private bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub. The smaller bedroom containing a double bed faces the country side. There is also its own exit from the smaller bedroom.

The apartment is on a sloping terrain, so that the upper floor is raised above street level, while the lower floor is partly above street level. Apartment A has an area of approximately 65 m2 in the upper floor and about 45 m2 in the lower floor.

* Appliances: Fridge with frostbox, dishwasher and stove. There is a washing maschine in the common room.
* Internet: Yes, there is free wireless internet in the apartment

* Distance to sea: 25 meters
* Baby equipment: You can borrow a free babypackage which among other things include a stroller, high chair, cot, baby bath and puzzle cushion.
* Pets: Pets are not allowed in Apartment A
* Arrival Day: During the period June 21- August 9, Saturday is the arrival/departure day. In other periods, you can, as a starting point, freely choose arrival day of the week. However, for some periods, for the sake of the other bookings on the boardwalk, there may be restrictions on choosing the day of arrival. As a starting point, you also do not need rent for full weeks. It allows you to put together the holidays completely according to your choice, just as you can choose to travel on the cheapest ferry days. The cheapest ferry days are usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
* Arrival and departure time: You can enter the holiday apartment from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the holiday apartment no later than 10:00, so that we can get the apartment cleaned for the next guests.
* Cleaning and water and electricity consumption: Both cleaning on arrival and departure as well as water and electricity consumption are included in your rental price.

Apartment B for 4-6 people - 85 m2

Modern and beautiful luxury apartment of 85 m2 on two levels. The ground floor is arranged as follows: From the entrance you enter the kitchen, just as there is an entrance to the bathroom from the entrance. The kitchen is open to the living room, where you have a fantastic sea view and a dining table for 6 people. There is also a view from the lovely sofa arrangement (sleeps 2 on a sofa bed). The living room has access to a lovely balcony with garden furniture and sea view.

From the living room, a staircase leads down to the lower floor, where there is a large and a smaller bedroom. The large bedroom has a sea view and is otherwise identical to the bedroom in apartment A.

The apartment is located on sloping ground, so that the upper floor is raised above street level, while the lower floor is partially above street level. Apartment B has an area of approximately 50 m2 on the upper floor and approximately 35 m2 on the lower floor.

The two apartments are furnished to the same high quality level, but apartment B is cheaper than apartment A, since apartment B is smaller than apartment A.

Apartment B - Information

* Size of apartment: 85 m2.
* Levels: Entrance on the ground floor with bedrooms located on the lower floor. 
* Appliances: Fridge with frostbox, dishwasher and stove. There is a washing machine in the common room.
* Internet: Yes, there is free wireless internet in the apartment.
* TV: There is a TV in the apartment
* Distance to sea: 25 meters.
* Baby equipment: You can borrow a free babypackage which other things include a stroller, high chair, cot, baby bath and puzzle cushion.
* Pets: Pets are allowed in Apartment B.
* Arrival day: In the period 3 July - 14 August Sunday is the arrival/departure day. In other periods, you can basically freely choose the arrival day of the week. In some periods, due to other bookings on the Strandpromenade, however, there may be restrictions on the choice of arrival day. As a rule, you don't need to rent for whole weeks either. It gives you the opportunity to put together the holiday according to your choice, just as you can choose to travel on the cheapest ferry days. The cheapest ferry days are usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
* Arrival and departure time: You can enter the holiday apartment from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the holiday apartment no later than 10:00, so that we can have the apartment cleaned for the next guests.
